Assistant Auditorium Manager
Ferris State University
Williams Auditorium
I served as the Assistant Auditorium Manager at FSU in Big Rapids, MI from 2023-2025. This was a multi-faceted position that required me to serve as a theatre technician for the facilitation of music concerts, educational lectures, comedy shows, community events, ceremonies, and pretty much any other kind of event you can imagine!
I also served as the Assistant Technical Director, Shop Foreman, Props Master, Box Office Manager, and Marketing Materials Designer for the theatre productions at FSU. My favorite aspect of this job was overseeing the diverse group of students who worked in the scene shop: helping them to unleash their creative problem solving skills while they learned basic construction and scenic painting techniques was such a joy!
Production & Administrative Assistant
Rochester University: Department of Music, Theatre & Dance
From 2019-2023 I was employed with my alma mater as a "jack of all trades," as my boss liked to say.
I served production and administrative needs for all parts of the theatre department, including painting for the stage, working on costumes, recruiting prospective students, and any other administrative tasks as required.
Below are some pictures I took while on the job . . . I loved the views from the backstage of this theatre!

Peter and The Starcatcher

Director | Rochester University, 2022
Our motto for this production was “ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL!” And no, this was not a Three Musketeers reference, but rather a tribute to this beautiful show full of camaraderie and friendship. It was also in recognition of what theatre is at its core: a community of dedicated individuals coming together to serve a singular purpose, all while finding their purpose together as a community. In that same philosophy, I would like to take a moment to thank my entire cast and crew for fully embracing that communal mindset, unleashing their creative spirit, and making this whole process a true joy.

Sweethearts Cabaret
Director | Rochester University, 2022
My debut as a director! I worked with some incredibly talented professionals and college students to put on this cabaret filled with love songs, Shakespearean sonnets, and original one-act plays all centered around the theme of "love."

Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl
Scenic Design & Paint Charge
Rochester University, 2019
As an undergrad, I had the incredible opportunity to scenic design one of RU's mainstage productions: Eurydice. This takes the cake for my proudest moment as a student! I learned invaluable skills on how to manage my time and how to communicate effectively with a production crew. The whole process was a labor of love, as I was involved with every aspect of designing, building, painting, and dressing this set.
